What
we offer
1. Direct investments
We invest directly in impact-driven companies. We invest first and foremost in great businesses, because only scale can deliver meaningful change.
Stage: Seed +
We invest in both early-stage (Seed to Series A) and growth-stage (Series B and C) companies. We don’t invest at pre-seed.
Where: Western Europe
We focus on companies with core teams based in Western Europe: close enough to meet in person and build strong relationships.
Ticket size: €0.5M - €2M initially
Our typical initial investment ranges from €500K to €2 million. Next to this we reserve capital to follow on and grow with the companies we back.
Role: Follow-on investor
We invest alongside like-minded investors: active, selective, and strategic, but we don’t lead rounds.
2. Funds investments
We invest in impact fund managers with a differentiating strategy, clear edge and a strong and consistent track record. We partner with managers who share our conviction that impact, scale, and returns go hand in hand. We strive for long-term partnerships and collaboration.
Stage: Pre-seed to Growth
We invest across investment strategies, from early-stage to growth and buyout. We do not invest in first-time funds.
Where: Europe and U.S.
Our focus is on funds based in Europe and the United States.
Ticket size: €1M - €5M
Our typical commitment per fund ranges from €1 million to maximum €5 million. We additionally have capital available for co-investments.
